RWHC works to improve the lives of rural Americans by offering; quality indicators, patient satisfaction, credentialing, and educational programs to providers throughout the United States.

1. Tell us about the product or service you offer.

RWHC has a dual focus of advocacy for rural healthcare, and shared service development and delivery.  As such, there are a multitude of products and services we offer to rural hospitals, clinics, and providers.  A few programs in particular will be of interest to NRHA members. 3. How are you different from your competitors?

RWHC delivers the same high quality, individualized services as many commercial vendors, but we can provide them at a fraction of the price of our competitors. Since we are a cooperative, our services are developed to maximize value to our members, not deliver earnings per share to stakeholders.

The experience and dedication of our staff.  Most RWHC staff have worked in or with rural hospitals for their entire professional careers, and are some of the best and brightest minds in rural healthcare.  RWHC exists solely to meet the needs of its members and customers.  Our staff understand that culture, and it shows in their commitment to excellence.

5. When is the best time for a hospital executive to contact you?

The RWHC Office & Training center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (central) with the exception of major holidays. In addition, a listing of the services we provide, and the email of the staff person who can assist you, can be found on our website, www.rwhc.com

6. Why do you support NRHA with your partnership?

RWHC and NRHA have been strategic partners, working to benefit rural health in America, for decades.  The Executive Director of RWHC, as well as multiple members of our Board of Directors are Past Presidents of NRHA.
